The following is a list of all moveable structures (e.g. a vessel, vehicle or structure to which Section 189 of the Act applies) licensed within the High Peak under the Licensing Act 2003 to sell alcohol. The licence may also cover regulated entertainment and late night refreshment. In some case the licence may be held by a Company or by one or more individuals, but in every case where alcohol is sold there must be a named designated premises supervisor (DPS). The DPS must hold a personal licence and must be in day-to-day control of the 'structure'.
