Notification of Intent to Have Gaming Machines

The Gambling Act 2005 provides an automatic entitlement which allows certain alcohol licensed premises, such as pubs and bars, to provide two gaming machines without a permit. Under the entitlement a premises licensed for the sale of alcohol can have up to two Category C or D machines in their pub.
