The following premises licences or club premises certificates are currently under review as one or more of the licensing objectives have been affected (i.e. prevention of crime and disorder; public safety; prevention of public nuisance; and the protection of children). This means that a Panel Hearing will shortly be held to determine whether the licence should be altered in any way. There are many possible outcomes of a review application, the most severe being the revocation of a premise licence or a club premises certificate.
