Consultation with local residents

ball court Teenage Shelter

High Peak Borough Council, High Peak Community Housing, Groundwork Derby & Derbyshire and Derbyshire County Council are working together on a proposal to install a ball court and teenage shelter at the above site. Discussions with young people in the Whitfield area have identified that there is a need for this facility and some funding has already been secured.

We are seeking local community opinion on this proposal and would be grateful if you would take a few minutes to complete this form and give us your views on the ball court and future provision of play equipment at this site. If you require any further information about this project please contact Christine Latham 0845 129 77 77 or 01298 28400 ext 2255.

Please submit any comments by Tuesday 31 July, 2007.
