To work together to develop a vision and strategy for the early implementation of a regeneration initiative based upon the centre of Whaley Bridge the Canal Basin and adjoining commercial and industrial areas. In particular, to encourage the active promotion of the future viability and well being of Whaley Bridge Town Centre and the Bingswood Industrial Estate. To provide a forum through which issues relating to the foregoing can be discussed.
