The Quarries Joint Liaison Committee meets at least twice per year.
The Borough Council usually provide the secretarial service. The accommodation for the two meetings of the Committee is usually at BLI Tunstead. The Committee will not be responsible for paying expenses to those attending its meetings.
The Joint Chairmen shall be elected annually. One shall be elected by the local authority representatives (the Local Authority Chairman), the other by the Quarry representatives (the Quarry Chairman). The Chairmanship of meetings will alternate between the two Chairmen.
