If you can't go in person to a Polling Station on election day and you want to apply for a postal vote, you will need to complete and return an application form. Each person must complete a separate application form, so photocopies are accepted, or if more forms are needed, please contact the Electoral Registration Department, 0845 129 77 77 or 01298 28400 on extension 2139 or 2133.
