Once the Mayor's or Deputy Mayor's availability is ascertained, a reply will be sent within 10 working days. An invitation by letter necessitates the return of a pro forma, which we will send to you. The pro forma details the nature of the event, parking arrangements, dress requirement and specific arrival time.
