You can invite the Mayor of High Peak Borough Council by letter, using the electronic forms below, or by ringing 0845 129 7777 and asking for a pro forma to be sent to you.

Once the Mayor's or Deputy Mayor's availability is ascertained, a reply will be sent within 10 working days. An invitation by letter necessitates the return of a pro forma, which we will send to you. The pro forma details the nature of the event, parking arrangements, dress requirement and specific arrival time.

The Mayor's secretary will assist you, if so required, to ensure your function is a success. You are more than welcome to contact the office with any query.
