If you can't go in person to a Polling Station on election day and you want to apply for a postal vote, you will need to complete and return an application form. Each person must complete a separate application form, so photocopies are accepted, or if more forms are needed, please contact the Electoral Registration Department, 0845 129 77 77 on extension 2139 or 2133.
