This is a popular park on the edge of the town of Buxton, running adjacent to the River Wye. It is well used as a green link from local residences into the town centre. The park provides the following facilities:
The park also benefits from children’s rides during the seasonal period which is operated as a concession.
Car parking is available on Bakewell Road (main A6) next to the park, or in the Town Centre Spring Gardens Car Park. The park is also served by bus stops along Bakewell Road (A6).
The Bowling Club are a committed group of bowlers who self manage the bowling green. They are keen to encourage new members.
