Hayfield Cricket Club is the focal point of Hayfield Village, surrounded by the beautiful hills of Kinder Scout and Lantern Pike. There is probably no finer place to hold a cricket match on a warm summers afternoon than at Hayfield.
The Cricket Club was established in 1859 and will shortly celebrate its 150th Anniversary. A member of the Derbyshire and Cheshire Cricket League, Hayfield has a long history of success.
Currently Hayfield Cricket Club supports two senior teams, four junior teams and a Women's Team.
