The Way of the Internal Gate Martial Art is based at Bradbury community centre in Glossop, with classes every Wednesday from 7pm to 9pm.
It is suitable for anyone who is interested in martial art, self-defence, self-understanding and more – from a complete beginner to the expert.
The club accepts anyone for training, from the age of 13.
It is a very social club, with a great atmosphere.
