We are continually making the changes to better people's lives and offer many rewards that come along with being a member.
If you're new to Glossop And Hyde and want to network, make new friends and have an active social life, and also take part in helping your local community, you will find that the Glossop And Hyde Round Table can offer these activities.
We are a diverse bunch of people, aged between 18 and 45, who have a fantastic time doing various things, such as gliding, floodlight clay pigeon shooting, go karting, ice climbing, abseiling, cricket and golf, as well as social events, organised for all the family, children and friends. For instance, we organised the Bonfire and Fireworks Night in Glossop.
Members come from all walks of life and join for enjoyment and as a way of participating in their local community. We also raise millions of pounds for worthy causes throughout the UK.
Round Tables operate individually, but with a common cause, and together they form the National Association of Round Tables of Great Britain and Ireland, also linking worldwide with like-minded clubs - a passport to an international fellowship.
We meet at the George Hotel, in Norfolk Street, Glossop, on the first and third Wednesdays of the month, and our meetings are friendly.
