What we do

The Shinji-Ru Fighting Arts are specifically designed to help train cadets (5 to 10 years olds) and juniors (10 to 16 year olds) and adults the important qualities of respect, self control and confidence, as well as to learn great character and self-defence skills.

For adults, there are also exciting lessons involving fitness, Shukokai Karate (competition sparring), Iaido (using the Samurai sword, Katana), Escrima or stick fighting and Nunchaku.

There are also first aid courses and instructor courses.
