We have very low membership costs and people have the opportunity to pay per session, per month or annually.

As part of the new community sport facility, the fitness suite has been developed and boasts £28,000 worth of equipment, supplied by Techno gym. The 10 station facility has a balanced mix of resistance and cardiovascular machines that can provide a good all-round workout for people of all abilities.
Seven machines are accredited by the Inclusive Fitness Initiative, which was a lottery funded initiative aimed at improving access for disabled people in fitness environments. To support the accredited equipment, there is an accessible toilet and changing facility, a lift from the ground floor up to the next level, with all public areas of the new facility accessible.
Everyone will receive a free induction and the opportunity to have a personalised fitness programme, set by the qualified fitness instructors.
Also available will be free reviews of your fitness programme through out your time as a member.
Part of the new sport facility we will also be holding spin classes and circuit training classes, which will be taught by a fully qualified Fitness Instructor. Please watch this space for more info.
