Environment

Our environment teams seek to protect and enhance the health of the community. We actively strive to improve the well-being of the High Peak through a proactive approach and efficient response to potential health and nuisance concerns.

Our services range from enforcement and inspection functions through to working in partnership with voluntary groups.

We work closely with the public and businesses alike, providing both general and specific advice where possible and, where circumstances demand, enforcing legislation through more formal routes.
