
High Peak Borough Council hosts the Energy Efficiency Advice Centre. The centre aims to provide free and impartial energy advice to the people of Nottinghamshire and Derbyshire. It is funded by the Energy Saving Trust (External website**). The Council works in partnership with 19 local authorities in Nottinghamshire and Derbyshire.
The Energy Efficiency Advice Centre is based next to Buxton Town Hall. Call the centre on 0800 512 012 from 9am to 5pm, Monday to Friday, for free, independent, impartial, local and expert advice about making your home more energy efficient. Being experts in energy efficiency, our advisers will be able to guide you through which energy saving measures are most suitable for your home.
