Alternatively, you can find your collection dates by clicking here: When will my recycling be collected?
If you have any queries please contact Customer Services on 0845 129 77 77 or 01298 28400.
Request it online here, or phone the Council on 0845 129 77 77 or 01298 28400.
If you have extra waste for recycling that will not fit in your green kerbside box or blue bag, leave it in a cardboard box and this will be emptied. You can have a second green box if you continually have this problem.
Request it online here, or you can visit Council receptions at our Chinley, Buxton or Glossop offices, or from Gamesley Community Centre.
The Council offers an ‘assisted collection’ service. This involves a collection of the green box from outside the front or back door of a property to assist the resident.
If your box was missed, and was at the Highway by 8am as requested, we will return to collect it. Please note: the crews are still collecting until 5pm so please wait until after this time to report a missed box.
