England has become smoke-free since 6am Sunday 1 July 2007 - are you legal?

Virtually all enclosed public places and work places in England and the High Peak are now smoke-free. A smoke-free nation will ensure a healthier environment, so everyone can socialise, relax, travel, shop and work in an environment free from second-hand tobacco smoke.
