Grant Assistance

Further to recent changes in the law, the Council no longer provides traditional renovation grant assistance. The care and repair function (for the elderly, the disabled and those on low income) has been passed to a private service provider, Spirita Limited (external website**) (formerly Walbrook Care and Repair). While there may occasionally be some small scale grant assistance available in the future, targeted at specific properties or vulnerable occupiers, Spirita Limited will be able to talk to you about other ways of paying for essential repair works.
