Car parks and transport

We manage and maintain public car parks in all of the Borough's main towns, and also in the Hope Valley.  Car park operating times are 8am to 6pm, parking is not allowed overnight. We also manage on-street car parking schemes in Castleton and Buxton on behalf of Derbyshire County Council.  Season tickets for council car parks are available.

There are also several other car parks in the Borough not operated by us. The majority of the 26 car parks are pay and display car parks. There are 120 disabled parking spaces.  Information about the free bus scheme in Derbyshire is also available in this section.
