Neighbourhood Area Application - Chapel-en-le-Frith

The first formal procedure for preparing a neighbourhood development plan is the application for designation of a Neighbourhood Area.  The application requires a 6-week consultation period before a decision is reached.

Chapel-en-le-Frith Parish Council has submitted a Neighbourhood Area application.  This means it intends to prepare a neighbourhood development plan for the parish.  As part of its application, the parish council has submitted a proposed boundary for the neighbourhood plan and a supporting statement.  Chapel-en-le-Frith Parish Council Neighbourhood Area application is available to view below.
