Candidates running for top police role in Derbyshire

The candidates standing in November’s election of a Police and Crime Commissioner for Derbyshire have been announced.

Four candidates are in the running for the role. They are:

• Alan Frank Charles (Labour)
• David Gale (UKIP)
• Rod Hutton (Independent)
• Simon Andrew Spencer (Conservative)
