Buxton Swimming & Fitness Centre now open!
New Facilities include:
- New 'Village' style changing area replacing the existing separate male and female facilities;
- Improvements to the Pool Hall including new glazing, tiling and lighting;
- New Reception area and enlarged foyer;
- An improved viewing and vending area;
- New lift access to the upper floor;
- New covered walkway outside the building;
- Refurbished Studio/Activity Room;
- Refit of plant room and associated machinery;
- New Health and Fitness facility comprising new cardiovascular and fixed resistance equipment as well as 'free weight' stations.
This new facility will also contain enhanced audio and visual entertainment equipment.

During specific Lane Swim Sessions a qualified instructor will help you to develop your swimming ability. Ideal for those wanting to get faster and healthier. Initial sessions are FREE!
