This community leisure centre is about 20 miles from Manchester and was built in 1979 to house a sports hall, bar lounge, four squash courts and a small weights facility.
One of the squash courts has been converted into a state of the art fitness suite on the lower floor and an aerobic studio on the upper floor, in a major refurbishment. A climbing wall was built in 1990, which attracts visitors and climbers from all over the country.
High Peak Leisure has a useful online shop which can supply cost-effective leisure gear and clothing for most of your needs.
