Studio Cycling

Studio cycling is a high-energy, indoor stationary cycling based group fitness program where the instructor takes participants on a 'virtual' outdoor road race complete with hills, fast flats and downhills, valleys and finish lines, and has fast become one of the most popular group fitness classes in the world.

Unlike being outside there is no weather to combat, just music, your instructor and yourself! The beauty of studio cycling is that it suits everyone (even those who can’t ride a bike!) as you can turn your resistance up as little or as much as you like and keep to your own pace. It’s very much a “do as much as you can” kind of class which can burn up to 750 calories an hour!

Studio cycling is suitable for both men and women, plus we have a crèche available for busy parents.

Classes

Classes are £3.90 per session or are FREE to gym members.
