Children under 8 years must be accompanied and directly supervised by a swimming adult in the water. Children over 8 years may swim without an adult if they can swim 50 metres (2 lengths) in a recognised stroke.
Please note that the first 5 metres of the shallow end are roped off for swimming lessons during public swimming between 4pm-5.30pm (Monday-Thursday) and 4pm-6.30pm (Friday).
