High Peak Community Housing's new neighbourhood office at Fairfield View is now open, so tenants will no longer have to travel into Buxton town centre to report jobs for the neighbourhood caretaker, incidences of anti-social behaviour, or discuss issues around their tenancy.
The team based at Fairfield View includes Neighbourhood Co-ordinators David Longbone and Frank Wood. Eleanor, Paulene, Yvonne and Emma will rotate to cover the front desk and neighbourhood caretaker Mike will also operate from this base.
"We are delighted to be able to offer our Fairfield tenants a local, drop in service, which saves them having to travel to make contact with us." said Frank Bartle, Neighbourhoods and Regeneration Manager for High Peak Community Housing.
"All tenancy and neighbourhood issues will be available face to face, with a referral service to Crescent View in Buxton town centre for homelessness and housing options issues."
