High Peak Community Housing is calling for volunteers to help paint Fairfield's skatepark ramp and walls on Saturday 29 July.
On 1-3 August professional graffiti artists will be on site to brighten up the Skatepark with their designs, and the housing company want to whitewash it ahead of the artists' arrival.
"We're joining forces with the County Council to provide three days of fun working with the professional graffiti artists, but we need to paint over the existing graffiti so they have a blank canvass to work on." said David Longbone, High Peak Community Housing's Neighbourhood Co-ordinator for Fairfield.
Everyone over 11 years is welcome to join in the 'paint over'. Just go along between 9.30am and 1.30pm. Paint, brushes and protective gloves will be provided. Please wear old clothing.
