The next Gamesley and Glossop District Heart Group Meeting will be held at Gamesley Community Centre on Tuesday 8 January between 1:00 and 3:00 pm.
At the January session, local people with heart conditions can have their: blood pressure, Body Mass Index (BMI) and blood sugar levels checked, by visiting health professionals.
A Life Coach will be available to give advice, and the afternoon will feature a healthy cook and eat demonstration and an exercise session.
The session is for people living with a heart condition but the Group also offers support to the families of those who have heart conditions.
There is no need to book a place for the session -- just turn up.
