Gift Package 1 -- the 'Gym Taster' -- includes: an induction to the fitness suite, a month's membership and two personal training sessions.
Gift Package 2 -- the 'One on One' -- includes: an induction to the fitness suite and five personal training sessions (one weights session, one cardiovascular session and three core stability workouts)
