High Peak Borough Council is sending another batch of prizes to Shop Local draw winners.
Susan Warrington from Hadfield, Alison Sloan from Glossop, Mrs Mary Edge of Church Road, New Mills, Nicola Hallows, of Manchester Road Chapel-en-le Frith and N. McPherson of Ripon Gardens, Buxton have all been sent cheques for using their Shop Local passports whilst they shopped in the Borough.
The Shop Local passport scheme, which started in October, is open to all residents over 16 across the High Peak. Residents can pick up their 'passports' at participating retailers - look out for the sticker in the shop window. Each time they buy something, customers will receive a sticker, regardless of the amount spent. When one of the sections on the passport has been completed, it can be handed in or posted to any of the Council's offices.
There are still two chances to win between £25 and £50 before the prize draws end. One draw will take place at the end of February and a final draw at the end of March.
Councillor Tony Kemp, High Peak Borough Council's Executive Member for Regeneration said: "Congratulations to the recent batch of Shop Local winners. Don't forget you still have a chance to be a winner - just pick up a passport and start collecting the stamps."
