The proposed designs and equipment for Bankswood Park, Newshaw Lane and Brosscroft play areas will be on display for people to have a look at and comment on. The plans were produced after processing the results of a questionnaire to residents and their comments made at the first drop-in community meeting in May.

The Hadfield Play Improvement Project is a partnership between the BIG Lottery, High Peak Borough Council, Derbyshire County Council Youth Services, the Hadfield Youth Officials and Johnnie Johnson Housing.

Representatives of the partnership and the play company contractors who will be installing the equipment will be at the event to listen to residents' comments on the designs.

Andrew Bingham, Executive Councillor for Social and Community Development, said: "The Hadfield Play Improvement Project is beginning to take shape. Do pop along to the second drop-in evening and let us know what you think about these exciting new plans. The first consultation event was a great success and this is your opportunity to see the results. We really value the input of all our residents."
