The next meeting of the Gamesley and Glossop District Health Group will be on Tuesday, November 11, 2008, at 1:30pm, at Gamesley Community Centre.
Those attending will learn about healthy cooking and eating, and will be guided through some chair-based exercises, by aerobics instructor Michelle Harris.
There is an attendance charge of £1.20, which will be donated to the group, to help subsidise future outings.
