High Peak Borough Council and local public services are committed to improving services and the quality of life for residents in the High Peak. To be able to measure performance, it is important that local people have the opportunity to judge their progress.
One of the ways this is done is through a series of satisfaction surveys, every two years. All councils, throughout the country, send them out to residents to gauge their satisfaction with local public services in their area.
High Peak Borough Council has sent out more than 5,000 questionnaires, asking people about their satisfaction with the quality of life in the High Peak, including: community safety, local decision making, value for money, road and pavement repairs, and other public services, because we want to know what you think, and use the information to improve services for our residents.
High Peak Borough Council has had a good response so far, but would ask people to send the survey back if you have received it. The more returns we receive the better the quality of information we will have.
Your views are important to us and will help ensure our services meet our residents' needs.
If you have any questions about the survey, please contact High Peak Borough Council on 0845 129 7777.
