The Kinetica special offer, which is running until March 31 2009, includes unlimited use of the gym, swimming pool and exercise classes, and provides a great opportunity to trial the centres without committing to a long term contract.

An integral part of the short-term membership package is the support provided to new members. Fully trained fitness instructors produce a personalised workout programme designed to meet each individual's specific health and fitness goals. This is reviewed during the course of the trial membership period to ensure that the member is on track, remains motivated and is making progress.
