Three High Peak parks have won four national awards between them - and not for the first time.
Buxton's Pavilion Gardens plus Howard Park and Manor Park, in Glossop, have all retained their Green Flag Awards.
And, just for good measure, the Pavilion Gardens have kept their Green Heritage Award.
Managed by the Borough Council, the parks were reassessed for Green Flag status by independent judges against eight criteria including health, safety and security; cleanliness; sustainability; conservation and heritage; community involvement and marketing.
The judges were appointed by a consortium of green space organisations under the name of Keep Britain Tidy.
Said John Haken, executive councillor for the environment: "I'm delighted that we've retained these important national awards which underline our commitment to maintaining high-quality open spaces for the people of High Peak".
The Pavilion Gardens have now held Green Flag status for five successive years and the Green Heritage Award for four years in a row.
Howard Park has earned the Green Flag Award for four successive years while Manor Park has held it since 2007.
