Residents are to be given another chance to make their voices heard on a £60,000 scheme to transform their neighbourhood recreation ground.
High Peak Borough Council and Wormhill Parish Council are to start work in January on the refurbishment of Peak Dale Play Area.
But they want the public to give the plans a final all clear by inspecting designs in Peak Dale Methodist Church, in Upper End Road between 6pm and 8pm on Tuesday 17 November.
Meanwhile, parks officer Sally Curley is to take the designs to Peak Dale Primary School, where youngsters have already made suggestions for the site.
The proposals also reflect the findings of a questionnaire delivered to all Peak Dale residents.
The improvements are being paid for by £10,000 secured by the borough council from the Big Lottery Fund and £50,000 awarded by the Derbyshire Aggregates Grant Levy Scheme to the parish council, which owns and manages the play area.
Andrew Bingham, Executive Councillor for Social and Community Development at the borough council, said he hoped the refurbished play area would provide exciting new opportunities for informal, healthy recreation for families.
"This is the latest in a long line of playground refurbishments that the council is undertaking right across the borough. Consultations such as this have been carried out at all sites, and local residents have attended, making them a great success. I would urge Peak Dale residents to pop along to the Methodist Church to have a final look at the plans, which we've based faithfully on the findings of consultation", he added.
