Feeling a little sluggish after the Christmas festivities? Then head for New Mills Leisure Centre on Thursday 14 January for a free open day.
Visitors will be able to take part in one of five group exercise classes comprising body conditioning, from 6pm to 6.45pm; aqua fit, from 7pm to 7.45pm; boxercise from 7pm to 7.45pm; circuits, from 8pm to 8.45pm; and pilates, from 8pm to 8.45pm.
With priority booking for existing members, newcomers are urged to reserve their place early to avoid disappointment.
