Staff and gym members at Glossop Leisure Centre will be wearing the shirts of their favourite football team on Friday 19 March.
The stunt is one of a series of fun-packed events lined up at the venue by High Peak Borough Council and DC Leisure for Sport Relief.
Friday's activities will also feature a one-mile sponsored run by members on the centre's cardio machines plus a staff versus members tug of war taking place in the sports hall between 1pm and 3pm.
The one-mile cardio challenge will continue on Saturday and Sunday while Sunday will also see the leisure centre's gym team leading a group run in Manor Park ahead of the official one-mile run starting at 10.30am and the three and six milers at 11am.
Said Andrew Bingham, Executive Councillor for Social and Community Development: "I'm delighted to see the leisure centre pulling out all the stops to help disadvantaged people, both at home and abroad.
"Coupled with the Sport Relief runs in Manor Park, the leisure centre events will give scores of people a chance to do their bit for those in need while enjoying some exercise and companionship at the same time", he enthused.
