The studies listed below have been prepared to help inform future planning policies that are being prepared through the Local Development Framework. The documents do not provide Council policy.
One of the requirements of the Local Development Framework is the need for policies to be based on robust and credible evidence. The findings and recommendations specified in these studies will be carefully considered by the Council along with consultation feedback and other relevant plans, policies and strategies before existing planning policies are revised:
