High Peak Local Plan Public Inquiry - Inspector's Report

Following the High Peak Local Plan Public Inquiry (November 2003- January 2004) the Council has received the Inspector's Report setting out his comments and recommendations. The Report is arranged in the order of the Local Plan chapters and can be accessed through the links below.

Hard copies of the Report can be inspected at the Council Offices or any of the libraries. Alternatively, paper copies are available to purchase from the Council's planning reception at a cost of £15 (plus £3.10 postage).

The Council is currently considering the Report and any proposed modifications to the Local Plan resulting from the Inspector's recommendations will be published during autumn this year. There will then be an opportunity to make representations on the proposed modifications when they are 'placed on deposit' for public consultation.
