Notice of Variation of the terms of your Secure Tenancy under sections 102 and 103 of the Housing Act 1985
We have not received any objections to the proposals to amend the tenancy agreement. As a result the Tenancy Agreement will change from Monday 6th April 2021. On this date the new tenancy agreement will replace the old one.
The changes to the Agreement are summarised below.

2.3 | Use of the Property | The need to secure garden items such as trampolines has been added |
2.5 | Anti-social behaviour | The list of examples has been updated to include smoke entering properties, drug use and Chinese lanterns The need to comply with emergency legislation to protect public health has been included |
2.9 | Improvements and alterations | The list of improvements requiring permission has been updated The issue of "hive" type systems has been included |
2.10 | Letting us into your home | Greater clarity around why/when we may need to enter some-ones home |
2.11 | Conduct to staff etc. | Updated to include abuse via social media or by a third party |
2.12 | Ending your tenancy | Amendment to time keys should be returned and how Requirement not to leave energy meters in debit Clarity around items left once a tenancy has ended |
