New tenancy agreement

Notice of Variation of the terms of your Secure Tenancy under sections 102 and 103 of the Housing Act 1985

We are currently consulting with tenants about proposed changes to our Secure Tenancy Agreement with effect Monday 1st April 2024.

The changes to the Agreement are summarised below.
