NHS COVID-19 App
You can download the official NHS COVID-19 contact tracing app from the App store or Google Play.
By using the app you can find out when you've been near other app users who have tested positive; see the level of coronavirus risk in your area; check-in to businesses displaying a QR code and get alerted if you've visited a venue where you may have come into contact with coronavirus; check if you have coronavirus symptoms and see if you need to order a test; and keep track of your self-isolation countdown and access relevant advice.
Test and Trace Self-Isolation Support Payment
Anyone testing positive for COVID-19 or who has been contacted through the NHS test and trace will need to self-isolate by law.
As this new legal duty may impact your ability to work and earn a living, the government has introduced a scheme for those who are having to self-isolate and are on a low income which will commence on 28 September 2020 and will close on 30 June 2021.
