If you have submitted a Right to Buy application but not yet appointed a Solicitor and you require an update on the status of your application, please continue with this form if you have not received an acceptance within  four weeks of submitting your application form.

If you have received an acceptance (RTB2)  for your Right to Buy application but not your valuation, your valuation will be sent to you within eight weeks or twelve weeks if you have had tenancy with another Authority or are purchasing a Flat.
