New Roads to Japan - Forging better business links through the Toyota City-Derbyshire Partnership

This year's JLGC seminar, as part of the recent 20th Anniversary of Toyota-Derbyshire Twinning activities, will focus on creating local business opportunities through international municipal twinning links. The seminar will look at Derbyshire's longstanding link with Toyota City, international strategies implemented by local authorities with Japan, and the importance of UK local authorities forming long-term partnerships to support their local economies.

This event has been organised with Derbyshire County Council and Marketing Derby for local businesses interested in the Japanese market and Japanese inward investment trends into the UK. It would be of interest to professionals working within the wider East Midlands areas, as well as the Japanese business community in London wanting to know more about economic trends in the region.
