The EU Settlement Scheme allows EU, EEA and Swiss citizens to secure the immigration status needed to continue to live, work and study in the UK.
The deadline for each family member to make applications with the Home Office will be 30 June 2021, or 31 December 2020 if the UK leaves the EU without a deal.
