Webinar: Understanding Inclusivity & Unconscious Bias

Respect, Dignity and the Right to feel valued and included should be a given in a modern day society and within the workplace. Few would argue that a sense of belonging is something which most of us strive for, and have the right to expect at work. Yet sometimes this eludes us, simply on the basis of differences, many of which are outside of our control.

This webinar will strengthen participants' understanding of what inclusivity means and how each and every one of us can learn to be more alert to subtle forms of discrimination or where barriers or practices prevent groups or individuals from feeling fully included. We will explore the science behind our reactions to differences; learn how to question our own belief sets and how, through increasing our knowledge we can overcome our tendency to label and categorise.

This FREE webinar will cover:

  • Understanding the Terminology : Diversity, Inclusivity, Bias, etc.
