What is the scheme?
The scheme offers residents in Buxton and Hope Valley, parking permits for streets included in the
'Controlled Parking Zone' [43KB]
.
How much does it cost?
- resident's permit (first permit) - £35 per annum
- resident's permit (second or subsequent permit, dependent upon the scheme) - £50 per annum
- day visitor permit (dependent upon the scheme) - 1 hour (55p), all day (£3)
- business permit (limited to one per business) - £70 per annum
- holiday permit - £150 per annum
All permits in this scheme allow a maximum of twelve hours parking between the hours of 8am to 8pm
To be eligible to apply for a business permit, the business property address must front on to one of the streets in the controlled parking zone and the vehicle must be regularly needed throughout the day. Only one business permit per business is allowed.
